Job Responsibilities:

  1. Be smart, well-groomed, and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition at all times.
  2. Report regularly on happenings to Chief Concierge, Duty Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, and Front Office Manager.
  3. Maintain associate relations.
  4. Ensure vehicle cleanliness and condition are up to the required standard.
  5. Attend training classes as per schedule.
  6. Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Pick up and drop off hotel guests at predetermined locations and times in a friendly and courteous manner.
  2. Duties include operating and maintaining transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy.
  3. Assist guests in the handling of luggage and large packages.
  4. The driver may open the car door for guests.
  5. Educate passengers regarding local information.
  6. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  7. Perform minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary.
  8. Fuel the vehicle.
  9. Ensure that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported.
  10. Document customer usage.
  11. Prepare trip reports.
  12. Prepare accident and incident reports as necessary.
  13. Assist guests in and out of the vehicle.
  14. Provide other services as requested by management when not engaged in transportation service.
  15. Familiarity with roads and landmarks in the UAE (especially Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai) is required.
  16. Knowledge of all local rules of the road is necessary.
Qualifications: Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality; 1-3 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel. Valid UAE driving license is compulsory. Fluent English is compulsory; additional foreign language is an asset. Remote Work: No Employment Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
