  • Responsible to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost topline revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Closing sales orders and acts as the key point of contact between the company and our clients for the sales of the company products and services to businesses and (semi) governmental organizations.
  • As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, you'll strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients and gain repeat business wherever possible.
Overall responsibilities:
  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Identifies business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, and suggesting profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing (market) information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Day to day responsibilities:
  • Contribute by accomplishing related sales results as needed.
  • Plan to ensure achievement of personal targets aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
  • Sell to existing and potential clients, as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to facilitate and add value to the selling process.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute the sales targets.
  • Build and maintain the company’s client relationships.
  • Work with internal departments such as Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients.
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
  • Solve problems for clients by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
  • Be a brand ambassador and always reflect company values.
  • Maintain data relative to partners, clients, and activities, and document customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Develop influential relationships with assigned Customer accounts.
  • Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive solutions and reactions from accounts.
  • Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results and identifying needs to be filled.
  • Identify new prospects and sales leads.
  • Negotiate contracts and closing of sales orders.
  • Prepare reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution.
