Location : AD Job Type : Fulltime 2-year contract Department : Project Coordination Team Responsibilities :

1. Lead interdisciplinary coordination for large-scale projects including commercial malls, airports, stations, and public buildings.
2. Act as the primary liaison between different engineering and architectural disciplines to ensure project alignment and integration.
3. Facilitate communication among team members to identify and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
4. Develop and implement coordination strategies to streamline project workflows.
5. Review and approve designs to ensure compliance with project specifications and objectives.
6. Oversee and guide team members on project deliverables and deadlines.
7. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on coordination progress and challenges.

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
2. 5-10 years of experience in interdisciplinary coordination for high-complexity projects.
3. Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, preferably exceeding AED 200M budget.
4. Strong leadership skills with experience as a team coordinator or interdisciplinary coordinator preferred.
5. Proficiency in project coordination tools and software (e.g., Revit, BIM 360, or Primavera).
6. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
