Job Description
Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM) Functional Consultant YOU MUST SC CLEARED OR BE ELIGIBLE FOR SC CLEARANCE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SC CLEARANCE, YOU MUST HAVE LIVED WITHIN THE UK FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS. How would you like to join an award-winning Oracle Partner with over 700 dedicated Oracle consultants across the US, UK, Ireland, Australia, India and Slovenia who deliver Finance, Supply Chain and HR solutions that underpin digital transformation for our customers' businesses? Here at Version 1, we are currently in the market for an experienced Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM) Functional Consultant to join our growing Cloud Practice. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest cloud technology and work on projects across a multiplicity of sectors and industries. In addition, you will have the opportunity to undertake accreditations and educational assistance for courses relevant to your role. You will be:- Leading and implementing Oracle Cloud PPM (Project Portfolio Management) solutions.
- Overseeing requirements definition, process mapping/redesign, design and gap analysis.
- Leading application configuration.
- Driving forward functional support of technical activities such as data migration and integration.
- Overseeing testing support, training delivery, post go-live support and other related aspects of functional implementation advice and guidance.
Qualifications
You will have experience in the following areas:- Oracle Cloud (SaaS): PPM (Portfolio Project Management), Project Financial Management, Grants Management and Project Execution Management.
- Oracle Cloud Reporting: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio and Smartview.
- E-Business Suite Project Accounting (Project Billing and Costing).
- Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology.
- Experience of working effectively within a team.
- Organised and self-motivated.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent projects.
- Management of change requests through the development and testing lifecycle confirming to project management standards and scope.
- Liaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs.
- Ensuring that clients are supported and kept up to date with the latest Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
- Managing on-time project delivery and business expectations to ensure internal customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with risk management and change management on projects.
- Advising clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems.
- Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables.
- Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis.
