Your Role: - Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based behaviour support plans (BSPs).
- Deliver high-level clinical interventions for clients with complex behavioural needs.
- Provide training and coaching to support workers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Oversee restrictive practice reporting and compliance in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.
- Work closely with NDIS participants, families, carers, and support teams to implement best-practice strategies.
- Support and mentor junior behaviour support practitioners in their clinical practice.
What We’re Looking For: - NDIS-Approved Advanced or Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner (or eligible for registration).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in behaviour support, disability, or mental health.
- Strong knowledge of positive behaviour support (PBS) and restrictive practice guidelines .
- Experience working with clients with complex needs, autism, intellectual disability, or psychosocial disabilities .
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills .
- Passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of NDIS participants.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
