As the Head of School position, locally known as the Associate Principal (Learning and Teaching), your key responsibilities will include: - Expertise, experience and knowledge in Learning and Teaching.
- Timetabling and Human Resources.
Your role will include the following activities and key task delivery: - Instructional leadership across the whole school community to lead the school's strategic direction of Learning and Teaching practices providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Strategic whole school alignment to the School Pedagogical Framework.
- Strategic management of Professional Learning and Development to support school strategic and improvement priorities.
- Quality assurance of curriculum through effective learning partnerships with, and line management of all Heads of Department (Curriculum).
- Drive teacher quality and performance.
- Developing teacher quality through leadership of the Early Career Teachers' Program.
- Lead Pre-Service Teachers' Program to strategically address school Human Resourcing requirements.
- Lead and build capacity of Deputy Principal - Timetable and HR (MUST have Timetabling experience).
