About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Coordinator to join our Commercial team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end bid and tender process, ensuring high-quality submissions that align with company objectives and client requirements. You’ll play a critical role in driving business growth through securing new contracts and renewing existing agreements. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full tender process, from preparation to submission and post-submission analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning bid strategies.
- Write, edit, and proofread tender documents, ensuring clarity, compliance, and professionalism.
- Maintain detailed project timelines to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all submissions comply with client specifications, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct post-bid reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support contract negotiations and assist with market analysis to inform strategies.
- Experience: 3–5 years in bid/tender coordination, proposal writing, or a similar role. Familiarity with public and private sector procurement processes in Australia is essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Analytical mindset to interpret tender documents and identify key requirements.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Bonus: Knowledge of the AV design, implementation, and engineering services sector is advantageous.
