The Director of Solution Delivery (Supply Chain) is responsible for the successful development and delivery of IT solutions. Effective collaboration is required with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards set by ResMed. This role will need a strategic approach to team management, fostering collaboration and efficiency across hybrid teams. Let’s talk about Responsibilities
- Define and implement engineering strategies and roadmaps.
- Ensure compliance with ResMed policies and industry standards.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed, as required for deployment.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage stakeholder communication and report on project status.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Allocate resources efficiently and manage budgets with a focus on cost optimization.
- Foster innovation and encourage the adoption of the latest technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, regardless of their location or employment status.
- Implement best practices for remote and hybrid team management.
- Define and drive the adoption of engineering best practices and methodologies.
- Ensure quality of implemented software.
- Ensure delivered solutions are optimized for high performance, high availability, and scalability.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience managing high-performing teams, delivering IT solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in managing remote and hybrid teams.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and team management skills.
- Strong technical acumen with experience in software development and agile methodologies.
- Extensive experience using Atlassian tools, including Confluence & JIRA.
- Experience integrating ERP / IT enterprise systems.
- Experience in software development.
- Experience in project management.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Experience with Jama, or equivalent requirements management tool.
