The Director of Solution Delivery (Supply Chain) is responsible for the successful development and delivery of IT solutions. Effective collaboration is required with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards set by ResMed. This role will need a strategic approach to team management, fostering collaboration and efficiency across hybrid teams. Let’s talk about Responsibilities

  1. Define and implement engineering strategies and roadmaps.
  2. Ensure compliance with ResMed policies and industry standards.
  3. Ensure all required documentation is completed, as required for deployment.
  4. Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  5. Manage stakeholder communication and report on project status.
  6. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  7. Allocate resources efficiently and manage budgets with a focus on cost optimization.
  8. Foster innovation and encourage the adoption of the latest technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  9. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, regardless of their location or employment status.
  10. Implement best practices for remote and hybrid team management.
  11. Define and drive the adoption of engineering best practices and methodologies.
  12. Ensure quality of implemented software.
  13. Ensure delivered solutions are optimized for high performance, high availability, and scalability.
  14. Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering professional growth and development.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience Required:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  2. Extensive experience managing high-performing teams, delivering IT solutions.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in managing remote and hybrid teams.
  4. Strong leadership, interpersonal and team management skills.
  5. Strong technical acumen with experience in software development and agile methodologies.
  6. Extensive experience using Atlassian tools, including Confluence & JIRA.
  7. Experience integrating ERP / IT enterprise systems.
  8. Experience in software development.
Preferred:
  1. Experience in project management.
  2. Proficient in project management software and tools.
  3. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  4. Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
  5. Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
  6. Experience with Jama, or equivalent requirements management tool.
