Are you ready to lead with impact? Join our Medicare Mental Health Centre (MMHC) in Lismore and bring your expertise to a vibrant, recovery-oriented team. This part-time role (1 day per week) on a 12-month contract offers the opportunity to shape person-centered care and support meaningful change.

- Deliver clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for individuals experiencing mental health crises/distress
- Consult and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create integrated intervention plans
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and reflective practices to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients
- We’re looking to expand our treatment options, and your input will help shape the future of our services.
- Registration with AHPRA and membership with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists
- Experience in Psychiatry and neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD and ASD)
- Passion for trauma-informed care and community-based mental health services
- Strong ability to work both independently and within a team
- Knowledge of local support services and the mental health system
- Experience in treating Personality Disorders, PTSD, or Eating Disorders and working with diverse groups including CALD, ATSI, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
