Key responsibilities include:

  1. Liaise and collaborate with our agency partners and internal stakeholders to introduce and explore new business opportunities and review existing service arrangements with a customer digital-first lens.
  2. Develop service proposals in collaboration with our agency partners to facilitate new business or changes to existing service arrangements.
  3. Coordinate and manage the design and implementation of multi-channel service solutions using project management and human-centred design methodology.
  4. Establish, strengthen and nurture partnerships between internal teams, agency partners, and third-party service providers.
  5. Monitor, review, and report on the performance of our services to ensure shared objectives are delivered, customer satisfaction is prioritised, and continuous improvement is identified and actioned.
  6. Prepare and deliver a range of communications to stakeholders, team members and senior leadership to ensure others are fully briefed on your service portfolio, tasks and progress.
  7. Contribute to and represent the division as a positive and professional working culture internally and across government and industry networks.
  8. Maintain professional development and contribute to the professional development of direct reports through mentoring and coaching.
