General Manager - Civil Infrastructure

Redpath Partners are currently working with a Traffic Management business to assist them in recruiting a General Manager to be based in the outskirts of Southern Sydney. Reporting into the Managing Director, the General Manager will oversee the company's daily business operations and administration. The role oversees the creation of strategic goals, business development, creating budgets and financial reports, and directing employees toward achieving the company's vision and mission. It will be the GM's responsibility to strengthen the operational efficiency of all teams in the company and enable higher revenue generation. To be an eligible applicant for this role you must have proven experience working in a senior executive or management role. You will have an in-depth understanding of the traffic management industry and Civil Infrastructure, along with excellent leadership and organizational skills. The GM is required to assist in running the business so you will need to have previous experience in strategic planning, business development, and sales development.
