Do you excel at managing large-scale, single-site production environments and driving excellence across all aspects of operations? Join our market-leading FMCG company as the General Manager - Operations , where you’ll lead the charge in delivering world-class operational outcomes in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. About the Role: As the General Manager - Operations , you’ll take ownership of our single-site production facility, overseeing all facets of operations, including production efficiency, quality, safety, and team leadership. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll drive strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team to meet both business and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strategic Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety while championing continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
• Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Quality & Compliance: Uphold rigorous quality standards and ensure full compliance with industry regulations and food safety requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to align on operational priorities, resource planning, and budgeting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive Food Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role within food manufacturing, preferably managing large-scale, single-site facilities.
• Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large teams, driving engagement, performance, and growth.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Expertise in data-driven decision-making and process optimization to achieve measurable improvements.
• Change Management Expertise: A track record of leading operational transformations and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
