The role | Te tūnga As a Data Processing Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the data processing functions for surveys within Collection Operations. This includes receiving and verifying data and engaging with data suppliers and other internal teams as required. We have two roles available for a 9-month fixed term period across March to December of this year, supporting a peak period of processing. We understand transferable skills can come from experience gained from outside of work. We encourage you to be you in your application. You don't need to be knowledgeable in all these areas already, but you do need to be on board with learning and have a genuine interest and willingness to grow on this journey with us. This role would suit someone who can bring:
  • Experience (2+ years) working in a service delivery role or similar field.
  • Experience working with technology and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A strong aptitude for detecting inconsistencies and errors.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality output.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills suitable for a varied audience.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to upskill and increase your cultural capability.
  • Understanding of the machinery of government and related processes and procedures.
