Scheduler

The Company: Having established themselves over 2 decades ago, they've paved the way in Western Australia for championing unique and innovative building methodologies and materials. Due to continued growth, they're now seeking to add an experienced Scheduler to the pre-construction team. This is an opportunity to work for a values driven business which focuses on staff retention and an excellent customer experience, whilst challenging the status quo. The Role: Reporting to the Group Scheduling Manager, you will:

1. Produce accurate bill of quantities
2. Review job costings and documentation to ensure accuracy
3. Process on site variations
4. Provide support to the Construction Team
5. Ensure accurate take offs of material quantities from plans
6. Obtain quotes from suppliers
7. Issuing orders to suppliers
8. Calculate the cost of a proposed project
9. Assist with bids for new contracts and buying activities
10. Providing assistance with daily queries and orders to the Site Supervisors

1. 1+ years Scheduling experience for a Residential builder
2. A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
3. Excellent communication skills

1. $100K + super (Depending on your experience)
