Due to continued growth, they're now seeking to add an experienced Scheduler to the pre-construction team. This is an opportunity to work for a values driven business which focuses on staff retention and an excellent customer experience, whilst challenging the status quo. The Role: Reporting to the Group Scheduling Manager, you will:
- Produce accurate bill of quantities
- Review job costings and documentation to ensure accuracy
- Process on site variations
- Provide support to the Construction Team
- Ensure accurate take offs of material quantities from plans
- Obtain quotes from suppliers
- Issuing orders to suppliers
- Calculate the cost of a proposed project
- Assist with bids for new contracts and buying activities
- Providing assistance with daily queries and orders to the Site Supervisors
- 1+ years Scheduling experience for a Residential builder
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills
- $100K + super (Depending on your experience)
- Onsite parking NOR
