Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities As a Salesforce Technical Lead (Manager), you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You’ll be:
- Managing the development team, both onshore and offshore, in delivering a Salesforce project.
- Working with Solution Architect and/or Technical Architect in deriving optimal solutions to solve business challenges.
- Communicating and presenting ideas to others and driving outcomes that meet client requirements.
- Performing code reviews of the development team to ensure best practices and agreed standards are followed.
- Involved in sprint planning activities, including work estimation as part of delivering agile Salesforce projects.
- Guiding the development team in using the latest Salesforce technology, which may include Lightning, Apex, Platform Shield, Files Connect, Lightning Connect, Heroku, Platform Events, and Salesforce DX.
- Involved in APEX development, Lightning components, and complex Salesforce configuration.
- Working alongside a team of talented technical Salesforce professionals, knowledge sharing, and supporting each other to help develop expertise in Salesforce.
- Deep technical knowledge in two or more Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, Analytics, Commerce, Integration, IoT).
- Proven experience in successfully managing development teams, both onshore and offshore.
- Experience in designing Salesforce solutions with an understanding of how Salesforce fits into the overall architectural landscape.
- Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address their needs.
- Proven experience with Apex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components, API Web Services, and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
- Capability to communicate with stakeholders while managing their expectations.
- DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience preferred, including the use of DevOps tools such as Git.
- Ideally, you will be on the architect certification path.
- You will work with like-minded technology enthusiasts and professionals who can provide training and assist with learning Salesforce capabilities and internal training.
