Who We’re Looking For They are seeking a Technical Co-Founder who is an entrepreneurial, hands-on developer and AI integrator, passionate about building scalable tech products. While years of experience don’t matter, passion for developing IT products is essential. They are particularly interested in individuals who have worked in marketplace development , AI agent creation , or similar innovative tech domains. The ideal candidate has the technical expertise to lead product development, roll out a robust product roadmap, and operate as a CTO with the capability to bring scale as the company grows. This role is for someone ready to take a leadership position in an early-stage startup and invest their time, energy, and expertise in building something transformative. Key Responsibilities

• Product Development : Lead the development of the core product, leveraging AI and automation to create innovative recruitment tech solutions.
• AI Integration : Design and implement AI-driven features, including machine learning models and automation tools, to enhance user experience and scalability.
• Product Roadmap : Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and market demands.
• Scalability : Architect and implement systems to scale the platform as the company grows.
• Leadership : Act as the technical leader and mentor for the team, driving engineering excellence and fostering a collaborative development environment.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the founding team to align technical development with business strategy and goals.
• Innovation : Stay at the forefront of recruitment tech and AI advancements, ensuring the product remains competitive and innovative.

• Experience :
  • Proven experience as a full-stack developer and hands-on technical leader.
  • Strong background in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
  • Experience in building scalable SaaS platforms and managing end-to-end product development.
  • Prior experience in marketplace development or AI agent creation is highly desirable.
• Skills :
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Node.js, React, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Expertise in integrating APIs and third-party tools to enhance functionality.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system architecture.
