The H-E Parts Cooling Solutions division manufactures and supplies high-quality industrial radiators and innovative cooling products tailored to specific customer requirements. The Position:
Reporting to the Executive General Manager and leading a nationally disbursed team of five direct reports, you will have full responsibility for all functions of the Cooling Division operations in Australia, as well as supporting H-E Part’s ambitious global expansion strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:- Full responsibility for all aspects of the Australian Cooling Division and supporting regional General Managers to grow the product line internationally.
- Delivering financial returns within a framework of corporate policies ensuring zero harm to employees, stakeholders, community, and the environment.
- Strategic and operational planning.
- Key account stakeholder management.
- Quality assurance.
- Setting targets and KPIs for the division and implementing strategies to achieve them.
- Recommending acquisition targets and growth strategies to senior leadership.
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Manager in mining, engineering, or equipment environment.
- Exposure to and demonstrated understanding of the commercial complexities of managing a mixed mode manufacturing and servicing business.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong HSE credentials.
- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to review complex contractual documents.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a multi-disciplined, geographically disbursed team.
