Your opportunity An exciting opportunity has recently become available for an experienced EI Professional Services Clinical Consultant to join our high performing team, based in either Sydney or Brisbane. Within this role of Clinical Lead, you will be a valuable member of the Applications Team that implements Cardiology solutions and delivers clinical consulting projects for healthcare customers. You will also aid in the development of new Cardiology solutions and consulting methods to contribute to the solution design and delivery activities. Philips challenges you to combine your clinical experience with your passion for Healthcare IT. You will utilise your superior understanding of Cardiac clinical workflows and experience in deploying Healthcare solutions to underpin top quality service to our current and prospective clients across ANZ. This is a pivotal role within the Philips Healthcare business, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the successful growth of our overall business. Your role:
- Ensures successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips solutions.
- Serves in a consultative role with the customer throughout sales, implementation & adoption to provide for a smooth, effective, and successful implementation of Philips solutions.
- Supports and advises the salesforce during customer acquisition.
- Advises solution architects during solution design and/or scoping in the sales phase.
- Delivers clinical consulting services which may or may not be in combination with the implementation of a Philips product or solution.
- Participates in the development of new solutions (services and/or product functionality).
- Configures or manages the configuration of Philips solutions to accommodate clinical and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment.
- Conducts workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions.
- Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions.
- Coaches and educates customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions.
- Clinical experience within Cardiology and comprehensive understanding of Healthcare digital radiographic information systems.
- You are an effective communicator with a strong track record of building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Cardiology Workflow, Picture Archive Communication Systems (PACS), Vendor Neutral Archiving (VNA).
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and effective problem-solving and design solutions.
