Finance Manager (FT/Hybrid)

The Health and Business Solutions Division of MedHealth is made up of 4 businesses (or brands) and we are seeking an experienced full-time Finance Manager to support the accounting and financial activities within these businesses. Job Description Reporting to the Divisional CFO and managing a large team of (12+), this hands-on role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounting Function for the division. You will also be pivotal to the delivery of all reporting and will work with business leaders to identify and lead a number of business improvement initiatives to drive margin & growth. This role requires an experienced individual who is motivated to create a best-in-class finance function. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Month end closing, accruals and accounting processes
2. Lead business partnering function for the division, provide insights on business stream financial performance and explain variances to budgets/ forecasts
3. Be a trusted advisor to the operational General Managers to implement and drive strategic initiatives by providing financial support and decision making, and building strong relationships
4. Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
5. Oversight of the AP/AR function working collaboratively with customers to drive improvements and bring about working capital improvements
6. Ensure all regulatory payments and reporting is completed within deadlines
7. Work on continuous improvement and special projects

1. Hands-on Corporate Accounting experience: budgeting, forecasting, month-end and P&L management & reporting
2. Proven experience in leading a team
3. CPA qualified
4. Demonstrated capacity to drive process and systems improvement
5. High attention to detail, with a successful working knowledge of policy, regulations, contractual requirements and risk
6. Self-motivated to drive improvements and develop the Team
7. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to break down complex matters for all stakeholders
