Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wireless Network Engineer to join our Wireless Network team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, ensuring seamless connectivity and delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, wireless, radio, and satellite networks.
- Configure and maintain Cisco switches, routers, and related network devices.
- Conduct site surveys and create feasibility reports for Wi-Fi, radio, and satellite network deployments.
- Research and evaluate new devices for product selection and integration.
- Collaborate with vendors and engage with customers to resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical support to remote installation teams and address post-installation concerns.
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software on network devices.
- Manage routing, switching, VLAN configurations, and network protocols including NAT, PAT, IGRP, EIGRP, and BGP.
- Handle the installation, alignment, and maintenance of iDirect satellite dishes and modems.
- Maintain a strong understanding of LAN, MAN, WAN, and wireless communication across various frequency bands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, or Computer Science with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in IP networking, wireless networking, or Wi-Fi.
- Preferred certifications: CCNA or CCNP.
- Proficiency in IP routing, switching, VLANs, network protocols, and network design.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, virtual machines, and wireless/Wi-Fi devices.
- Knowledge of satellite and radio communication systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
