The Role : You will serve as the most Senior IT leader in the business, directly reporting to the C-suite. Leading a team of IT professionals, you will support and develop your team while fostering a genuine customer-centric approach. About the Opportunity : This is a non-technical leadership-focused role that oversees both project and BAU activities while building a high-performance culture. While leveraging ICT expertise is essential, it is not the primary focus of this position. Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of IT systems, networks, and services.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, including setting performance goals and conducting regular reviews.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT leadership roles with a focus on driving a 'customer centric' approach and / or a 'high performance' culture.
