CHRISTWAY COLLEGE KINGSTON Head of Senior School, January 2025 Christway College – Kingston is seeking to employ an innovative, passionate and engaging Head of Senior School to be a key part of our team, commencing in January 2025. This role is ongoing and will be full-time. It will involve teaching senior Secondary students. A salary package consistent with the applicant’s level of experience and expertise will be negotiated. Key Selection Criteria

• Be a qualified, experienced teacher and hold current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT), as well as suitable qualifications and current expertise to teach in these subject areas.
• Demonstrate and articulate a strong Christian faith (with active church membership / involvement) and be willing to subscribe, wholeheartedly, to the Christway College Statement of Faith.
• A passion for Learning and Teaching, demonstrated by a strong background in VCE senior subject teaching and oversight, with a depth of knowledge and understanding of the concepts in the relevant teaching areas.
• A willingness to grow and develop as a teacher through reflection on their practice, taking on feedback and seeking personal and professional learning opportunities.
• Excellent written, presentation, teaching, organisational and communication skills.
• A willingness to work collaboratively and contribute to the Christian ethos and Christian community of the College, including possible contribution to extra-curricular activities (for example : school camps, excursions, staff retreat etc).
