Associations Forum The Role This role is ideal for an experienced Membership Data & Engagement Manager who is looking to contribute their skills in maintaining relationships with assigned client associations, while analysing and managing membership data to optimise processes and drive engagement. You’ll be working in a data-driven environment, where your strategic advice and process improvements will directly impact membership engagement, retention, and overall organisational success. - Annual Pay: $74,000 + Super
- Maintain regular contact with members, ensuring engagement every 6 months.
- Analyse and manage member data to track engagement and inform decisions.
- Advise on membership policies and strategies to enhance services and engagement.
- Increase attendance and registration at events and identify potential speakers.
- Develop strategies for member recruitment and retention using data insights.
- Collect member testimonials and survey responses to improve services.
- Assist in event coordination and ensure membership records are up-to-date.
- Recommend improvements to membership processes and organisational methods.
- Assist in projects when required.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree and 1 year of relevant work experience. Five years of work experience may substitute for formal qualification.
- Is fluent in English.
- Have effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outgoing and commercially minded.
- Ability to establish priorities, manage time, adapt to change, and work collaboratively with others.
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Is self-motivated and solution-focused.
