Dentist Remuneration Package Range: $142,141 - $155,583 (Including salary $121,284 - $132,895) Senior Dentist Remuneration Package Range: $171,886 - $196,242 (Including salary $146,976 - $168,014) Ongoing vacancy in Darwin Selection will be made at the DEN or SD level depending on the qualifications and/or experience of the successful applicant. Comprising superannuation, allowance in lieu of private practice paid fortnightly, leave loading, and the value of 2 weeks additional recreation leave. Generous professional developmental allowances including 10 days of professional developmental leave per year are offered. After every year of completion, you will be eligible for a remote and retention allowance paid as a lump sum. To ensure delivery of high-quality, appropriate, and effective oral health services, actively contribute as a member of the oral health team including the supervision of students, provision of advice to other staff, and participation in service planning, development, and evaluation, as well as providing professional supervision/mentorship within Oral Health Service. Provide comprehensive, quality, cost-effective clinical dental treatment, oral health promotion, and specialist referrals to eligible clients in urban community dental clinics, correctional facilities, and rural/remote clinics in the Top End as designated by service demand. The successful applicant will be required to undertake remote placements throughout the year, for periods of up to 5 days at a time traveling in light aircraft or 4WDs.
