About the Role | Mō te Tūranga As the Head of Client Partnerships - NZ, you will play a pivotal role in driving Cartology's growth and success within the NZ business. You will be instrumental in reshaping our approach to client partnerships, leveraging innovative strategies to capture a larger share of both trade and marketing budgets. Your leadership will be crucial in positioning Cartology as the premier retail media partner for brands, contributing significantly to our overall business objectives. You will be a visionary leader with a passion for retail media and a deep understanding of the retail industry. Your ability to build and nurture high-performing teams will be matched by your strategic acumen and client-centric approach. You thrive in dynamic environments, are comfortable with ambiguity, and have a proven ability to drive growth and innovation. Your collaborative nature and excellent communication skills will enable you to influence stakeholders at all levels and foster strong partnerships across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Cartology's growth and success within the NZ business.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client partnerships, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the retail and FMCG industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
