In this position you will be responsible for driving key objectives related to sales performance, service excellence, profitability, and other essential business KPIs. You will ensure that business strategies align with regional pricing and operation processes. Additionally, you will facilitate effective collaboration between corporate shared services and branch teams, fostering a customer centric and people focused culture. Your Skills Your strong attention to detail and leadership skills will be essential for success in this role. We are looking for a candidate who tackles challenges with a solutions-focused mindset and can effectively engage with decision-makers across all levels. Preferred Experience:
- Qualified Mechanical Engineer or Tradesman (Preferred)
- 10 to 15 years in Mining, Infrastructure, Energy, Rail or Agricultural Sectors
- 10 years experience in Metal Fabrication, Machining, Welding
- Minimum 15 years in People Management
- Solid Estimating and Business Development across Mining, Infrastructure, Energy, Rail and Agriculture (Preferred)
