It’s an exciting time to join the team! About The Role We’re looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team in Sydney. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our sales processes, managing the Relationship Management (RM) team, and supporting key third-party partnerships. This is your chance to make an impact in a high-growth fintech startup, driving performance and innovation across our sales channels. Over The First 6-12 Months, You Will:
- Lead and Manage the RM team across Sydney and Manila, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Own the Direct-to-Customer Channel , managing the sales process end-to-end and ensuring targets are met.
- Support Third-Party Broker Channels , working with aggregators and partners to build seamless deal flows and strong relationships.
- Optimize Processes by streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency, and overseeing sales tools and systems to drive scalability.
- Collaborate Across Teams , partnering with the National Sales Manager, BDM team, Credit, and Product to align strategies and enhance customer experiences.
- Develop Insights by managing reporting and analytics, providing key performance updates to the CCO and executive team.
- Build Relationships as a key liaison for external partners, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales operations or similar leadership role, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Team Management Skills , with a proven ability to lead outbound and inbound sales teams.
- Technical Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and reporting platforms.
- A Data-Driven Approach , with the ability to analyze and interpret key performance metrics.
- Sales Expertise , including the ability to optimize processes and deliver strong results.
- Exceptional Collaboration Skills , working effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Problem-Solving Ability to manage multiple priorities and make data-informed decisions.
- Experience in financial services, lending, or mortgages.
- A passion for innovation and enhancing customer and partner experiences.
