We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented General Manager (Associate Director) to join our client, a market-leading people services firm within a prestigious national and global organisation. Reporting to the Executive Director, this leadership position requires an individual with a sharp commercial mindset, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to customer service. The General Manager (Associate Director) will oversee business operations across multiple service areas, including Sales, Leadership Development, People and Culture Projects, Career Transition and Mobility, and Business Operations. About you: You will possess an in-depth understanding of professional services consulting, strong financial acumen, and decision-making capabilities. Knowledge of leadership development practices and project management are a distinct advantage. Capability across a variety of technological platforms inclusive of MS Office is critical to role success. This hands-on leadership role will see you engaged in every aspect of the business—from strategic client interactions to commercial service delivery. As the leader of the business, proficiency in human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and compliance, is essential. Qualifications and Experience:

• 8+ years of middle-management leadership experience, ideally in a professional services environment
• Evidence of ability to lead a small, local team in alignment with large-scale National or Global organisational context
