The successful candidates will deliver CDM and Health & Safety consultancy services to clients, acting as a Principal Designer where required, while also focusing on account management and business development. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert CDM and Health & Safety advice to clients across various real estate construction projects.
- Act as Principal Designer when needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification.
- NEBOSH.
- Extensive experience in CDM and Health & Safety consultancy within the real estate construction sector.
