The Role: To design, implement, and maintain robust ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals and architecture standards, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and scalability. By leveraging technical expertise, mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders, the aim is to drive innovation, enhance productivity, and deliver exceptional value through tailored ServiceNow applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect, design, implement, and maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow application.
2. Ensure solutions are engineered in accordance with TSS architecture standards.
3. Lead and deliver requirements, scoping, and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well-documented.
4. Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to the implementation team.
5. Identify and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
6. Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services; serve in a delivery assurance capacity for all project deliverables.
7. Develop and present business case materials for senior stakeholders; create and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
8. Scope and deliver Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects.
9. Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
11. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
12. Conduct code reviews and quality control checks to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
