The Trainee HR Executive role is an entry-level position designed to provide comprehensive training and exposure across key HR functions. This program aims to develop future HR leaders by offering hands-on experience in employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR analytics. Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires and completion of all necessary documentation.
- Employee Relations: Support employee engagement initiatives, assist in resolving conflicts, and address employee queries effectively.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate programs, track employee progress, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Assist in managing performance appraisals, tracking performance metrics, and supporting improvement plans.
- Compensation & Benefits: Help with salary reviews, benefits management, and payroll administration while maintaining data confidentiality.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR reports, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- HR Analytics: Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights on key metrics like turnover and engagement.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in HR metrics and data analysis.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience: Freshers. Previous internship or exposure to HR functions is an advantage.
- Personal Traits: Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field, strong work ethic, and commitment to organizational goals. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
