Eligibility Criteria:
- Professionals with 3-10 years of experience in real-estate sales are eligible
- Candidate must be a localite of Mumbai-Thane
- Having a personal laptop is critical as it's a hybrid role
- Fixed Salary(upto 20k fixed for first three months)
- Lucrative Incentives(Direct 10% of company revenue)
- All travelling reimbursements
- Client consultation: Connect with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on phone calls.
- Coordination: Schedule the site visits for prospective buyers and coordinate with sellers and respective city managers.
- Relationship building: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Research: Find suitable properties for the clients and onboard new sellers.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Conducting business research to identify market trends and opportunities.
- MBA Preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is important
- Should be open to travel ~3 days a week within the city
