Plant Maintenance Senior Consultant

As an S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) / EAM (Enterprise Asset management) consultant, you will be the part of our team of experts responsible for creating a detailed blueprint for the development requirements of S/4HANA, and for providing business and/or functional support around SAP PM module. You will also be in-charge of the configuration and functions for Plant Maintenance. Roles :

• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen, with the ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge.
• Consistently deliver high-quality client services, monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping key stakeholders informed of progress and expected outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Gather requirements during exploration, configure systems, perform unit testing, write functional specifications for design gaps, and assist clients in all testing phases.
• Support clients with training before go-live and provide post go-live support.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP asset management (plant maintenance) functionalities released annually.
• Collaborate in a team environment across workstreams (e.g., procurement, project systems, finance, quality management, production, materials management, warehouse management, supply chain, IBP) to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions.
• Provide business and functional support for the SAP PM module, including conversion from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Assess the impact and gaps between current business processes/configurations and SAP S/4HANA, offering recommendations for delta designs.
• Offer technology consulting expertise, developing functional and technical specifications for delta design and tools supporting the SAP Plant Maintenance module.
• Execute necessary system configuration and lead testing and defect resolution for SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Travel may be required to conduct workshops and training sessions with clients.
• Leverage industry experience to deliver repeatable business value to clients, offering strategic insights to optimize operations, identify opportunities for growth, or reduce costs.
• Utilize analytical tools to recommend and implement improvements in client business functions such as demand forecasting and inventory optimization.

• Must hold at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Preferably 3+ years of experience as an SAP Plant Maintenance Functional Consultant with SAP Certification.
• Must demonstrate understanding of dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SAP FSCM, SAP PS, etc.).
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end project implementations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently under pressure, flexible, and a strong team player.
