Job Description As an experienced Conference and Events Sales Executive, you live up to your passion for Sales by focusing on driving enquiries and preparing proposals to effectively secure new business while managing an existing account profile. In this role, you will collaborate with Sales and operational teams to ensure memorable and unique guest experiences while maximising sales and revenue for the hotel. You are professional and knowledgeable about the product, the local area, and the luxury experience, and you are well connected and can build strong relationships and bonds with your clients. What you will be doing:
- Work with the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales to maximise performance, drive RGI and profitability
- Work with the Business Development Manager to drive sales enquiries for the department
- Represent a luxury product and communicate and liaise at all levels, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and other correspondence to effectively secure new and repeat business for the hotel
- Nurture a guest-focused and performance-driven culture among the Sales team.
- Relevant and recent sales experience in a luxury brand
- Motivated and driven to succeed

- Highly responsible and reliable, being able to achieve tasks efficiently, accurately, and promptly
