We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail/Voice Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and order-related concerns. You will represent a retail brand, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and efficient communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming customer calls and emails
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Addressing customer questions, concerns, and service requests
- Ensuring efficient and accurate resolution of customer issues
- Leveraging client-specific tools and software to track and manage customer interactions
- Delivering exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and expertise
- At least completed 2nd Year College (without back subjects) / High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
- With 2 - 4 years of Customer Service Experience
- Have Excellent communication skills
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Are willing to work on site
