Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements

Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce monthly financial reports (actual and profit plan) for the company and headquarters on schedule, ensuring the accuracy and correctness of financial reports.

Prepare annual profit planning

Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles

Ensure strict compliance with departmental and organizational objectives, adhering to established policies and processes

Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and propose innovative solutions for efficient and profitable department operations

Ensure timely and accurate filing of all relevant direct and indirect tax returns

Represent the company for tax-related issues

Manage the company’s cash flow effectively

Coordinate and complete annual audits

Responsible for reviewing and updating the IPBR (IHI Philippines Business Rule) related to finance and accounting

Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA certification preferred

With a minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, & Tax fields and with at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory/managerial role to join our team

Should have a strong background in Finance, Accounting, and Tax-related functions, including Cash Management, Financial Statement Reporting, Profit Planning, Company Taxation, and External and Internal Audits

Leadership, self-starter, and teamwork skills

Ability to work accurately and under pressure

Familiarity with Philippines Tax Law

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
