Job Responsibilities
- Good Technical skill on Windows/MAC platform.
- Good knowledge of Outlook and Slack configuration.
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi configuration.
- Provide level 2 support to Desktop and peripherals.
- Provide help to level 1 Engineer if they are stuck in any problem.
- Provide support to Onsite and remote users.
- Provide support to Senior Executives on their Laptop, Printer, and other peripheral issues.
- Day to day troubleshooting activities.
- Provide level 2 support for Mailing software.
- Install / configure/update e-mail software at client site.
- Configuration of clients PC.
- Reimage of Asset as per requirement.
- Act as Team Lead in absence of them.
- On-site support, and support for Remote sites and work-from-home computing.
- Diagnosing, verifying, recording and reporting downtime and providing immediate notification for all incidents.
- Diagnosing & troubleshooting virus problems that can be fixed using antivirus tool deployed.
- Installation / Reinstallation of mail client software on users desktops/Laptops.
- Help in upgrading the version of Mailing software.
- Should have good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle end user questions on the following technologies: Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, MS Lync, SharePoint, Wireless connectivity, Active directory, Blackberry, Mobile phones, Apple products (iPhone and iPad), basic hardware (Dell, Lenovo laptops), Network drive mappings, Windows 7 and XP. Coordinator may be asked to demo new products to customers and make recommendations based upon customer needs.
