Shift Timings: EST / PST Preferably looking Short notice candidates/Immediate joiner Job Description:
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, non-technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
- Must have worked on MSP/VMS model.
- Must have US Staffing experience in Engineering / Semiconductor / Aerospace / Non IT / BP / BFSI / Marketing / Creative requirements for only worked Direct clients on W2 experience.
- Must have experience in dealing W2 only with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
- Ability to understand the non-technical / technical requirements (IT /Non IT / Healthcare / Engineering / Semiconductor /Business Professional/Engineering/Automobile/Utility/ Energy/Aerospace/BFSI Domain) and submit consultant’s profiles on time.
- Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry.
- Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
- Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- To understand the of IT /Engineering / Semiconductor / Business Professional/BFSI /Non IT requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
- Sourcing and screening potential IT/ Business Professional/Engineering/ Pharma from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
- Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
- Must have minimum 2-5 years hiring experience into IT /Engineering / Semiconductor / Aerospace / Business Professional/BFSI / Non IT recruitment with direct clients only.
- The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
