The Role: Palladin is seeking a skilled Field Service Lightning (FSL) Salesforce Developer to join our team and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge Salesforce solutions for our clients. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing FSL solutions for Order Management (OM) on Communications Cloud projects , as well as leveraging Service Cloud expertise. What You’ll Do:
- Develop, implement, and optimize Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions for telecommunications and media clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize Salesforce features and deliver high-impact projects.
- Utilize Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Lightning Flows and Salesforce APIs for robust development.
- Design and deliver FSL solutions for OM on Communications Cloud projects .
- Leverage your expertise in Service Cloud to enhance client operations and customer service.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) development.
- Field Service Lightning Certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC , and Salesforce APIs.
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including customization, integration, and data management .
- Nice to have experience in developing FSL solutions for Order Management on Communications Cloud projects .
- Experience with Service Cloud and its associated capabilities.
- Willingness to have some cross over with US working hours
