Start 2-4 weeks maximum Job Description: Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounting) & SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) Consultant to support our subscription-based and high-volume billing business models. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP FI-CA solutions as part of the SAP BRIM suite, ensuring seamless revenue management and contract accounting processes. The role requires hands-on expertise in accounts receivable, invoicing, dunning, payment processing, and integration with SAP Convergent Invoicing (SAP CI), Subscription Order Management (SAP SOM), and SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC). Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of SAP FI-CA solutions within the SAP BRIM landscape. Configure accounts receivable, invoicing, payment handling, dunning, and collections processes in SAP FI-CA. Integrate FI-CA with other SAP BRIM components, including SAP CI, SOM, and CC. Manage contract accounts, dispute management, and revenue recognition within SAP FI-CA. Define and implement automated payment processing (Direct Debit, Credit Cards, PayPal, etc.). Configure taxation, reconciliation, and revenue posting processes. Support high-volume billing and revenue recognition in industries like telecom, utilities, and subscription-based businesses. Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure seamless financial operations. Troubleshoot and resolve FI-CA-related issues, ensuring business continuity. Provide SAP FI-CA training and documentation for business users and stakeholders. Key Skills & Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounting). Strong understanding of SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management). Expertise in accounts receivable, dunning, collections, and payment processing. Experience integrating FI-CA with SAP Convergent Invoicing (SAP CI), SAP CC, and SAP SOM. Knowledge of financial posting, reconciliation, and revenue recognition in SAP. Understanding of taxation, IFRS compliance, and financial regulations in contract accounting. Experience in high-volume billing industries (e.g., telecom, utilities, media, SaaS). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP FI-CA or SAP BRIM certification. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and cloud-based SAP deployments. Knowledge of machine learning and automation in financial reconciliation.
