As an Inside Sales Specialist , you will play a crucial role in driving ticket sales for our international technology conferences, engaging potential attendees, and closing deals remotely. What You’ll Do: Lead Management & Conversion – Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through strategic outreach via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Sales Execution – Present conference offerings, address inquiries, handle objections, and close sales effectively. Pipeline Management – Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot , or similar to track leads, interactions, and conversions. Market & Competitor Analysis – Stay ahead of industry trends, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Customer Relationship Building – Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering tailored solutions and personalized engagement. Team Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing and event teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. Performance Reporting – Generate insightful reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and revenue projections for senior management. What We’re Looking For: 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer relations (internships included). A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive sales approach. Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for sales tracking and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . A highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
