Are you detailed and organized? Do you have proven experience in managing video production end-to-end? We’re looking for a Video Producer to: Manage video production logistics and filming schedule Collaborate closely with film crews, content specialists and speakers Independently run simple video/podcast recording sessions Take ownership of the end-to-end video production process Manage production cost efficiency Act as a subject matter expert on video production for the team Your team You’ll be working in the Chief Investment Office APAC, Circle One by UBS team in Singapore. Our dynamic team consists of a diverse mix of product content specialists and sales management professionals with a reputation for creativity, excellent execution, and innovation. Circle One is focused on creating investment content to support investment advisory activity: Bring the best ideas from the UBS Global Network in digestible formats to clients and client advisors Ensure relevance of content topics to sales priorities and market needs by coordinating inputs along the value chain Your expertise 5 to 7 years of experience in Video Production management in the media or finance industry Strong attention to detail Experience with video shoots Experience with editing software Organized and good at multi-tasking Ability to anticipate issues and pivot where necessary Excellent communication skills (spoken Mandarin is a plus) to support the Greater China business About us UBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
