Finance Manager, Operations

One of the region’s most reputable shipbuilders is currently hiring for a Finance Manager, Operations to be wholly responsible for the financial aspects of the yard’s operational activities. Responsibilities Responsible for the accuracy of costing function and delta costs and cleared and analyze in timely manner Carry out credit analysis on potential and existing Clients Identify potential financial risks within the operational functions and recommend/implement mitigation applications Ensure there is sufficient financial liquidity and cashflow for operational needs, and proper management of financial and interests risks Improvise and optimize financial processes, especially on AP/AR functions Work closely with internal financial functions (e.g. FP&A and GL) to provide accurate financial reporting Initiate inter-department partnerships to develop financial strategies that meet the business objectives Build close working relationships with external auditors, tax agents and banks Requirements Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent At least 10 years of experience in accounting/finance with at least 3 years in Managerial capacity Candidates with experience and knowledge in data-analytics/AI application within the financial operations function will have added advantage Experience in leading a team with no less than 5 employees Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
