Job Title: Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Company: Firepro Logistics Ltd Location: Carrington House, 19-22 Bray Road, Loughlinstown, Dublin 18, D18 X5A2 Job Description: Firepro Logistics Ltd is looking for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor at all experience levels, including recent college graduates, to join the team. As a leading organization in the fire protection industry, we are dedicated to providing outstanding services and ensuring the safety of our clients and end users. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantify take-offs for various projects. Analyse project specifications and drawings to determine accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to management. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations. Research and price live and upcoming projects on CIS and E-tenders platforms. Requirements: Proven experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry is preferable. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
