Position Responsibilities: The primary scope is to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the Building Facility which will include (but not limited to) Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and major and minor work related to the building. Handle projects and oversee Building Technicians who perform remedial works, audit inspections and engage with third-party contractors (e.g., Waste Management, Pest Control). Handle purchase orders for parts replacements, severe maintenance or overhauling. Will handle the documentation, coordination and operational aspects of building administration management. Lead and support fellow Technicians in the day-to-day activities, providing guidance and coaching as necessary. Position Requirements: Technical Certification or Diploma in Engineering and/or Facilities Management, Building Services. Ideally, 4 to 5 years’ experience in M&E Facilities experience, hands-on repair and maintenance. Will consider 1 to 2 years working experience. Good verbal communication skills to engage with various stakeholders and colleagues for guidance and consultation. Work arrangement: Mon to Fri at 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM schedule - however, may need to render overtime for installation and repair that need to be done outside production hours - overtime and transportation allowance provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr
