Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Electronics) Position Title: Accounts Executive (Temp) Working Location: Pioneer (Near MRT station) Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 7.45 AM – 4.45 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,900 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus Duration: Contract (6 months) Key Responsibilities Track and document indirect material orders in the Accounts Payable (AP) system. Enter all indirect material invoices into the ERP system accurately. Execute payments to suppliers for indirect materials. Record journal entries for consumable inventory items. Log provisional expenses and similar items in the general journal. Generate and share reports on raw material purchases and inventory. Help with monthly expenditure reports and submitting data to the Economic Development Board (EDB). Keep the Fixed Asset Register and records for tooling and consumables current and correct. Calculate and report royalty payments for tax filing with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). Participate in special projects as needed, such as inventory checks, audits, and tax-related tasks. Provide backup for other team members and carry out various additional duties. Minimum Requirements GCE "A" Level, LCCI, Diploma, or similar in Accounting. At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing (training provided for those without relevant experience). Experience with inventory management and costing. Skilled in using Microsoft Excel. Meticulous in ensuring preciseness and attention to detail. APPLY NOW!!!
