Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day operation duties. Use system to issue DOs and Invoices. Process employee expense claims and ensure that claims are properly authorised. Provide financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data, preparing reports. Manage day-to-day function of Accounts activities including invoicing, payments, AR & AP. Prepare payment voucher, issue cheque and receipts for payment & staff claims. Review and verify invoices from suppliers. Receive and issue stock. Arrange and update stock into the system. Order stock replenishments. Prepare and coordinate the daily delivery schedule of the drivers. Plan daily delivery routes and assign delivery tasks to the delivery team. Ensure stock is accounted and updated into the system during issuing, receiving, and in the warehouse. Conduct monthly/yearly inventory stock take. Collect cash and cheques from delivery teams. Ensure delivery routes are efficiently planned with customers' timing restrictions in mind. Ensure cash and cheques collected from the delivery teams are in the correct amount. Handle customer orders, feedback, discrepancies, and issues. Provide support in HR and administrative matters where necessary. Assist with ad-hoc projects when required or assigned. Requirements: Able to communicate in English and Chinese. Able to work night shift and split shift, and overtime on weekends and public holidays.
