Title and Summary Senior Managing Consultant - Advisors Program Management Make an Impact as a Senior Managing Consultant, Advisors Deploy Program Management. Advisors Deploy Program Management is an execution-oriented client-facing competency that applies proven, accredited change skills and domain experience to partner with clients and help them drive measurable value by:

1. Delivering new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently
2. Successfully implementing complex technology assets and delivering the most challenging transformation programs to create the new business as usual
3. Strengthening client's internal skills, knowledge, and experience in critical areas
4. Transforming client processes and optimizing their management practices

Deploy is a new suite of consulting solutions designed to respond to fast-evolving customer needs for execution support, with a dual mission: deployment and value realization over the entire lifetime of major assets. Value realization is a complex task, and with Deploy we can de-risk the entire client/asset journey, from implementation to adoption, usage, and product evolution. This is done through a set of new capabilities focused on expert execution support, complementing the traditional Advisors areas of strength. As a Senior Managing Consultant, you will work with project sponsors, delivery teams, and other senior stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of a client strategy, ensuring clients and project teams remain focused on the realization of the expected benefits through identification, management, realization, and measurement. You will establish governance structures, delivery plans, and budgets for the program, as well as provide leadership to Project Managers and share best practices. Additionally, the Cluster Manager Advisors Program Management (APM) MENA will also:

1. Help build the new APM team and hire contractors for project delivery in the cluster
2. Liaise with business development and support functions such as staffing and sourcing to identify and deploy the right resources (internal and external) for upcoming opportunities/projects and grow deploy revenues
3. Support the Regional APM lead in strategic and operational aspects such as overall capacity planning and revenue/cost alignment, alignment with senior stakeholders within D&S and across other business units
4. Partner with Global Product Management to ensure achieving set objectives and identify new opportunities for the team and company to grow
5. Provide PEM support for all Deploy projects in the respective cluster working in partnership with BD, country teams on funding, scoping
6. Support Regional APM lead in establishing and maintaining governance and management of the team
7. Maintain close engagement with clients in the cluster to enable effective project delivery and feedback, debottleneck issues, and enhance the customer experience
8. Work with Regional lead to simplify end-to-end deploy process and build efficiencies
9. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the team
