Arena Events & Venues is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager(s) to lead the successful planning and execution of key event planning consultancy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within consultancy, engineering, or professional services, with experience in high-profile and complex projects. Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  2. Lead and coordinate project teams, guiding them in planning and execution strategies.
  3. Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  4. Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control.
  5. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
  6. Oversee all project documentation, ensuring proper information flow between the client and the remote project team.
  7. Estimate resource requirements and oversee resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
  8. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project briefings to ensure effective collaboration.
  9. Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
  1. 5-10 years of experience in project management within consulting, engineering, or professional services firms.
  2. Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and complex consultancy projects.
  3. Proven experience in budgeting, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
  4. Ability to work effectively with remote teams while being embedded at the client’s office.
  5. Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Additional Requirements
  1. Candidate must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or available to relocate.
  2. Experience working in the Middle East is a plus but not mandatory.
