The Pastry Chef de Partie will be responsible for bakery, food preparation, baking, cooking, and utilizing culinary skills on a daily basis. Qualifications
- Proven Bakery and Baking skills
- Cooking and Food Preparation skills
- Culinary Skills
- Experience working in a hotel or fine dining establishment
- Certification in pastry arts or culinary arts is a plus
